Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, I am licensed and certified with the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology. My license number is 11502134. Bombesque Salon & Day Spa (aka. BB Salon LLC) is insured through Travelers Insurance Group (Policy #: 68G-8M302470-18-42).

How do I get in touch if I have a question?

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, all services require advanced reservations. You can make a reservation by calling Bridgette at 480.225.9549. We highly recommend making reservations at least a week in advance, though you can call on short notice to check for openings.

Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all services require a non-refundable $50 booking deposit to secure your reservation. Once scheduled, your slot will be tentatively held and fully secured upon receiving the deposit, which goes toward your final bill. Deposits can be sent via Venmo (@bombesque) or PayPal (PayPal.me/bombesque).

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments are reserved especially for you. We ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your $50 booking deposit.

What if I’m late for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. We grant a 15-minute grace period. If you run past that, your appointment may have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please call or text us at 480.225.9549 if you are running late.

What if my stylist is running behind schedule?

If we run behind schedule, we will call or text you 30 minutes to 1 hour beforehand to prevent you from having to wait.

What can I expect from my service provider during my salon or spa treatment?

Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to identify your personal goals and preferences, make custom recommendations, and address any concerns or safety needs before starting.

What is your pricing policy?

All prices listed on the website are estimates and subject to change based on length/density of hair or custom adjustments. Reservations require a $50 booking deposit paid via Venmo or PayPal.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bombesque Gift Certificates, and cash. No personal checks, please.

Why can't you quote prices over the phone for Hair Extensions or Hair Color Services?

Due to the unique density, length, and requirements of each individual's hair, we cannot quote a firm price without seeing it. We offer complimentary styling consultations to outline all options and exact costs.

What if I’m pregnant?

We have wonderful safe services and will adapt all treatments, tables, and products to ensure complete comfort and safety for you and your baby. Just let us know!

Can I book extra services while I am at the spa?

Yes, please ask! We will always try to accommodate extra services if our schedule allows.

How much should I tip?

Most clients tip 10% to 20% of the service total. Tips are always greatly appreciated.
