ABombesque is an in-home salon conveniently located in the Montelena community at 20162 E Sonoqui Blvd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142.  The nearest cross streets are S. Hawes Rd. and E. Ocotillo Rd.

Are you licensed and insured?
AYes, I am a licensed and certified with the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology.  My license number is 11502134.  Bombesque Salon & Day Spa (aka. BB Salon LLC) is insured through Travelers Insurance Group (Policy #: 68G-8M302470-18-42).

How do I get in touch if I have a question?
AWe are available to answer questions six days a week, Monday through Saturday.  You have four options to contact us with questions.  You can email your question to inquiries@bombesque.com, text your question to 480.225.9549, or fill out the submission form below and we will get back with you as soon as we can with an answer.  You can also call us with questions at 480.225.9549 during business hours.

Do I need to make a reservation?
AYes, all services require advanced reservations.  You can make a reservation by calling Bridgette at 480.225.9549.  We highly recommend making reservations at least a week in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation.

Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my reservation?
AYes, all services require a non-refundable $50 booking deposit to secure your reservation.  Once a date and time has been chosen for your reservation, we will tentatively book your appointment until we receive your $50 booking deposit.  Once we receive your booking deposit, your reservation will be secured.  Your booking deposit will be applied to the final amount due at the conclusion of your appointment.   Booking deposits can be paid via Venmo: @bombesque or via Paypal.me/bombesque.

What is your cancellation policy?
AAll of our salon and spa service appointments are reserved especially for you.  We are frequently very busy and do our best to accommodate all of our clients as much as possible.  As such, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.  If you fail to provide 48-hour notice, your booking deposit will be forfeited.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

What if I’m late for my appointment?
ATo ensure that you have an efficient and wonderful experience at Bombesque Salon and Day Spa, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Clients are granted a fifteen (15) minute grace period.  If you do not arrive within the 15 minute grace period, your appointment may have to be cancelled and rescheduled.  If you’re running late, please call or text us at 480.225.9549 to provide an eta.  We will do our best to accommodate you depending on our schedule for the day and availability.

What if my stylist is running behind schedule?
AIf by chance we are running behind schedule, we will do our best to call/text you 30 min – 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time in order to prevent you from having to wait.

What can I expect from my service provider during my salon or spa treatment?
AYour service provider will consult with you prior to the service to identify your personal goals and preferences.  We will make recommendations as appropriate, let you know what to expect, and address any special needs or concerns you may have prior to starting the process.

What is your pricing policy?
AAll prices listed throughout the website are estimates and are subject to change without notice.  For example, a hair color service could take anywhere from 2 to 4 or more hours depending on the service, the client’s hair length, etc..  As such, the pricing may be different for a client with shorter hair versus a client with longer hair for example.  All reservations require a $50 booking deposit and can be paid online through Venmo: @bombesque or PayPal: PayPal.me/bombesque.

What payment types do you accept?
AWe accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bombesque Salon & Day Spa Gift Certificates, and cash.  No personal checks please.

Why can’t you quote prices over the phone for Hair Extensions or Hair Color Services?
ADue to the variables and unique requirements associated with an individual’s hair care needs, we are not able to quote a specific price for hair color and hair extension services over the phone. We do however offer complimentary consultations and can provide you with a wide variety of style options within different price ranges.

What if I’m pregnant?
ABombesque Salon & Day Spa has many wonderful services to give you extra-special treatment during this (often uncomfortable!) time. We understand your need for care and safety, and will work with you to make sure that the services you select and the products we use in performing the service are safe for you and your baby.

Can I book extra services while I am at the spa?
AAbsolutely, please ask!  Your time at Bombesque is a great opportunity for us to give you a rundown on our current, new, and upcoming service offerings.  We will always try to accommodate your wishes, although we do recommend that you book your services at least a week in advance.

How much should I tip?
AMost clients generally tip 10-20% of service total, depending upon how they feel about the quality of service.  Tips are always appreciated.

Are the pictures on the website yours?
AThe pictures in our Portfolio, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest social media profile pages are all taken in-house.  Ask us about discounts for participating in our Ambassador program, providing before/after pictures and testimonials for the website.

What’s in store for Bombesque.com in 2019?
AWe are in the process of developing our strategy for Bombesque.com version 2.0 and plan to offer online booking and ecommerce capabilities that will enable our clients to book appointments, purchase gift cards, beauty products, and other merchandise online.  Our current plan is to launch version 2.0 toward the end of Q4 2019.
