Hair Straightening Treatment Services – Chemical Relaxers
By definition, a chemical relaxer is a type of lotion or cream solution that makes the hair easier to manage and straighten. Once applied, this treatment reduces the curl by breaking down and chemically altering the texture of your hair. Hair relaxers are generally applied to clients with naturally curly hair that are looking to straighten their hair. The hair is saturated with the solution, rinsed, dried with a blowdryer, and then flat-ironed with a ceramic iron section by section. A neutralizer is then applied to your hair to lock the style in place. The end result is a beautiful, straightened hair style without the “frizz”.
Keratin Express Smoothing Treatment
Our Keratin Express Smoothing Treatment conditions, will straighten, relax, and eliminate frizz from your hair. You only have to wait 8-12 hours before shampooing, tucking your hair behind your ears, and putting your hair up in a pony tail. Our Keratin Express Smoothing Treatment services are designed to last 4-6 weeks and take about 2 hours to perform.
Keratin Complex / Japanese Straightener
Also known as thermal reconditioning, Japanese hair straightening is a popular method for straightening curly or wavy hair. The process relies on a special hair straightening solution that breaks down the chemical bonds that give your hair shape. Once applied, it allows your hair to become super straight when the flat iron is applied. Our Keratin Complex / Japanese Straightener applications are designed to last up to 6 months and take about 2-3 hours to perform.
Brazilian Blowout
This treatment helps improve the condition of the hair by creating a protective protein layer around the hair shaft to eliminate frizz and smooth the cuticle. You can immediately put your hair up, wash your hair, etc. There is no waiting period. Our Brazilian Blowout service lasts for up to six months and is usually applied to clients with more resistant curly hair. The process typically takes 3-4 hours.
Spiral Foam Perm
Unlike traditional perms where all of the curls are the same size and shape, our spiral foam perms allow us to vary the size and length of your curls. Spiral perms are done using special curling rods that are set vertically in the hair. The rods are long and thin to create the spiral effect. Once the hair is taken off of the rods, it should remain set in gorgeous uneven curls.
